On Friday October 4 at 5 PM. Museum of… will open a Presentation Museum of… and the loss of L’Art pour L’ Art at OFFHOOK, projectspace, Bloemsingel 200 in Groningen (NL).
Especially for OFF HOOK projectspace, Museum of… is presenting a selection of titles from The Library – a collection of books about art, called L’Art pour L’Art – all of which have canvas hardcovers and pages that are covered in oil-paint. While the content is now lost, the cover and title will trigger the imagination.
They will be combined with several items from the Paint-can Surgery and Representing the Lost Painting series that have been selected from The Shop.
